1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Legendium, an interactive educational learning platform owned and operated by Primevu Innovations Private Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and provisions of this Agreement.
2. Hardware Product Usage & Safety
The NanoSpark Kit and associated physical hardware components are designed strictly for educational and instructional purposes. Users under 12 years of age must operate physical hardware under adult supervision. Primevu Innovations Private Limited shall not be held liable for damages, injuries, short circuits, or hardware failures caused by improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or neglect of provided safety instructions.
3. Digital Content & Software Licensing
All WebXR 3D laboratory modules, circuit simulations, interactive chapters, software environments, and educational curricula are granted under a non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or commercially exploit any software or digital content provided through Legendium.
4. Billing, Pricing & Subscriptions
All transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Prices for hardware kits and digital access passes are subject to change. For institutional and bulk school orders, separate institutional commercial agreements apply.
5. Refund & Exchange Policy
All digital pass sales and hardware purchases are final. We do not issue cash refunds once an order or digital access pass is processed. Defective or damaged physical hardware components are eligible for free replacement upon notification within 7 days of delivery.
6. Governance & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

1. Information Collection
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a Legendium account, subscribing to digital passes, or purchasing hardware kits. This includes your name, email address, contact details, and physical delivery address for NanoSpark shipments.
2. Use of Information
We utilize collected information to maintain platform functionality, track learning achievements across chapters, process transactions, deliver physical hardware orders, and transmit technical notifications or customer support responses.
3. Data Security & Storage
Your privacy is paramount. Learner profiles and transaction logs are stored in secure Firebase / Google Cloud databases with strict access controls and state-of-the-art encryption protocols.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data strictly with trusted service partners (such as Razorpay for payment processing and logistics carriers for hardware shipping) who adhere to strict data confidentiality agreements.
5. Learner Rights & Data Control
You reserve full rights to request access to, correction of, or total deletion of your personal account data. Requests may be submitted directly to our support team at [email protected].
Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All sales conducted on the Legendium platform are final. We do not provide cash refunds, returns, or monetary credits for digital access passes, laboratory subscriptions, or physical NanoSpark kits once a transaction is completed.
2. Damaged or Defective Hardware Guarantee
We take pride in our hardware quality. If your physical NanoSpark Kit arrives with missing, damaged, or defective components, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the defect. We will issue a free replacement for the affected components promptly.
3. Hardware Order Cancellation Window
Orders for physical kits may only be cancelled prior to warehouse dispatch (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Once an order enters the dispatch pipeline or is handed over to logistics, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Subscription Renewal Cancellation
Learners can cancel recurring monthly/annual subscription auto-renewals at any time from their User Profile Command Deck. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Fulfillment & Testing
Physical NanoSpark Kits and electronic expansion modules are quality-tested, assembled, and packed in Thrissur, Kerala, India before dispatch.
2. Dispatch Timelines
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines vary between 3 to 7 business days depending on domestic destination location.
3. Tracking & Carrier Notifications
Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation containing courier tracking details will be emailed to your registered address.
