Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. No Refund Policy
All sales conducted on the Legendium platform are final. We do not provide cash refunds, returns, or monetary credits for digital access passes, laboratory subscriptions, or physical NanoSpark kits once a transaction is completed.
2. Damaged or Defective Hardware Guarantee
We take pride in our hardware quality. If your physical NanoSpark Kit arrives with missing, damaged, or defective components, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the defect. We will issue a free replacement for the affected components promptly.
3. Hardware Order Cancellation Window
Orders for physical kits may only be cancelled prior to warehouse dispatch (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Once an order enters the dispatch pipeline or is handed over to logistics, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Subscription Renewal Cancellation
Learners can cancel recurring monthly/annual subscription auto-renewals at any time from their User Profile Command Deck. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
